When applying for a job vacancy, the data that are most altered in a CV are: languages, work experiences, and sometimes even age. Having unoccupied jobs turns out to be a dilemma for the Human Resources area, and it is that in the search for candidates, in the recruitment and selection process, one can fall into despair because of having to cover the place at any cost.
